Carlos Otero’s diverse skills and innovative outlook have catapulted him into a top position in the world of beauty and fashion.  Carlos willing shares his knowledge with millions of fans though internet, print, television, radio, seminars, workshops and other media.  By applying the principles he so carefully teaches, countless companies specializing in cosmetology and customer service, sales, networking, marketing, and groups have achieved extraordinary results.  

 

His journey in the arena of fashion and beauty began when he met the producer and owner of the top beauty pageants in the Caribbean, Luis Santiago. Carlos’s work impressed Mr. Santiago, and he was later offered the role of lead hair stylist and makeup artist of the Santiago pageant networks. This opportunity provided Carlos with the opportunity to work with famous Latin celebrities including Rosalin Sanchez, former Mrs. International Petite and Hollywood actress. In addition to his work in the pageants, his work evolved and afforded him the opportunity to work with top celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Lily Estefan, and La India,

His dailyTelmundo segment, How to Look Beautiful, is viewed by millions, and he collaborates with numerous English and Hispanic channels as an expert guest.  Carlos’ work has also been featured on the last three covers of My Lifestyle Magazine with well-known models including international transformational speaker, Karen Hoyos, E!
